Once you place an order with Kitdor, we process it within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping: Delivery within an estimated 5-7 business days (may vary by location).
Express Shipping: Delivery within an estimated 2-3 business days (may vary by location). Additional fees apply.

3. Shipping Costs
Orders above ₹500 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below ₹500 have a flat shipping fee of ₹100, shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

5. Delivery Delays
Factors beyond our control — extreme weather, holidays, or carrier delays — may occasionally affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

6. Order Changes and Address Updates
If you need to change your order or shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate this, but changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
